Open Your Eyes to the Worthlessness of White Bread

If you’re still eating white bread, then you need to call an optometrist becasue food looks better without it. It is not 1941. There are no food shortages in the US. World war II is long over. Yes, white bread is fortified with nutrients which is a great health benefit for the global population but for you, it is worthless. In fact, white bread is likely killing you, slowly, like you stepped into some horror movie from the mid 2000’s and you don’t even see it. Time to wake up.


You do not need protein holders. That’s why we have forks. For example, your hamburger doesn’t need to be eaten in between some giant frisbee size pieces of white bread. Drop the extra calories by dropping the bread. This is not one of life’s difficult decisions (like trying to figure out if you really should use that corn gas in your car). Reducing worthless white bread from your diet is a no-brainer and needs to be done immediately. Less white bread = less calories = less stress hormones = improved health (We keep the math simple here). So, next meal time, keep your eyes open and skip the white stuff. You’re welcome.
